Yeah, its normal. The curing process is slow. but over time the full flavor and smell will come. Usually takes about a month of curing to release full flavor and smell

I just opened the jar to check on them, they don't really smell like pot. More like dead grass. Is that normal? No signs of mold, buts seem a bit more soft and stickier than they did when I put them in the jar.
Thats normal. Make sure you burp the jar for 10 min a day for first week. You can then go about a minute per day for week after, then just a few secs a day, or enough to get your smoke out. the smell will improve as will potency

Good question.

If you go back in the journal and see week 1 of 12/12 pictures. Those were taken after 7 days after start 12/12. So I guess they were all taken at the end of each flower week?

14 days of 12/12 was labeled week 2.
21 days was labeled week 3. and so on.

So, after a couple days in the jar now the bubblelicious is till pretty dry. I'm thinking it got a bit too dry during the night. :( The sour cream however is doing great, it's not moist but it's very soft and good smelly. Is there a way I can reintroduce moisture into the bubblelicious?

osmosis maybe? just add a couple drops of water into the jar and let science do the rest.

Rahter than putting water in the jar, use a piece of paper towel and soak it, squeeze excees out and place it in jar and close lid tight. Start burping as normal. You may need to reintroduce moisture a few times.

It's pretty good, 2 hits with the bong and I was pretty high. Taste isn't the best, It's still curing, starting to get that good dank smell, not so much of a earth smell.

are you getting that pine needle taste?
lol, no it didn't taste like pine needles. It was just very harsh, not smooth smoke, hurt my throat. It's curing pretty good, moisture has evened out in both sets of buds. Lettuce really helped the bubblelicious get back on track. Don't think I'm going to dabble in it anymore until a month or two of curing. Going to hold off on another grow until my living environment becomes stable or changes for the better.

if you use fresh parsley it's better because it won't leave a smell of anything but the bud. plus lettuce is much heavier with water, so i imagine that it could cause moisture and mold problems unless checked frequently.

never thought about that, the lettuce didn't leave a smell though, but I think the moisture reintroduced was just enough. I checked on them every hour or so when I had the lettuce in the jar.

Very Nice Shim! Just starting week 4 on my Bubblicious Grow couple pics. Looking forward to seeing your next grow! Probably going 8-9 weeks but have to wait n see!

Looking good guys. Nice buds on the sour, about 18 grams?

Those Bubblelicious shots looked just like mine 3 weeks ago. Boy does that sugar look nice. Bright white flowers and a wonderful fragrance. Today marks the beginning of week 7 in flower for me. I'm very excited. The buds are still swelling, but week 8-9 should be a big time swell, or so I hope. I like buds that swallow up leaves and only leave the tips hanging out. :)
