plant started to grow 1 blade leaves! is my plant retarded?

I was wondering why my plant would do this? and was wondering what would happen if i cloned those branches with the 1 blade leaves would the clones more than likely grow more leaves like this!? i actually wouldnt mind being able to plant a few in my back yard besides my indoor ones since i dont think cops or neighbors are used to 1 leaved weed plants... also the bottom leaves tips are getting white/brown i was wondering if it was a nute burn?

I think you have a grand idea! And yes the plant will continue with the one leaf thing.

The type of color radiation from the light can cause mutations, also the one leafer is linked to Ruderalis or autoflowering hybrids. I have had mutations with webbed leaves as well as single fingered leaves in cotton candy, pineapple express and duck's foot.

by chance was your clone takin from a plant that was in flowering? if so when it revegs it will throw single leaves..
