cops detained friends for no reason.

i had a couple of friends over the other night and i just heard what happened to them on thier walk back home from my house. they got about 4 blocks around the corner from my house and some cops streight up put the cherries on and flipped a bitch after seeinf these 2 walking. then the cops ran thier ids and searched them but didnt find the pot and the cops went through the pack of swisher sweets with a fat ass blunt in it and didnt see it or they didnt care. but none the less why in gods fucking name were these 2 girls searched? they left around 12 midnight and werent doing anything but walking.
and they were searched 3 times by 3 different male officers. should they be contacting an attourney? even though they were stoked just to get away with out getting in any trouble i think they should bring thisa matter to somone. cops just cant stop you for nothing.
and if anyone wants to know i live in northern california.

i had a g/f once that was a hairdresser. she loved her clothes. she was, let's say "extravagant". she was at the bus stop one day. it was about 10am on a weekday. cops pull up and take her aside. they messed with her for 15 mins before they decided she wasn't a hooker. meantime she missed her bus and was late for work. try explaining that one to your boss.

thats funny you ask. thier lesbians and one dresses like a black dude and the other one dresses all make up lesbian style cute and girly i guess. but she was saying how she thought that she looked black so thats why they got fucked with.

At midnight the cops can say suspicious behavior or there on to ya hoping to find something on the girls, so they can offer them a deal to snitch on you be careful. Walk around your block and stake there ass out. Was it a unmarked car or patrol? Jmac

The cops saw 2 chicks walking and it was late and they were probably horny and board...lol That is what they do, stop people and try to get in your business and hope they can get something on you. In the girls case probally get their info where they live and phone #'s , DOB ect..

well, even though, im still blown the fuck away as to how the fuck they were pulled over- walking! oh and i guess 3 different cop cars came and they were searched 3 times-lol! but thats still like china or some thing where they really can detain you for no reason.

yeah before i got pulled over by some dick cop, and the guy thought i was drunk(close i was stoned..haha.) so he makes me take a breathe test, no prob, makes me do other gay test, i comply, and im nice about it the whole time, tryin not to fuck with him. then he wants to search my car, and usually i'd be like no i know my rights, but i knew there was nothin in it so i say go ahead, well he tells my girl to get out, and its cold, and then he has me go stand back behind his squad, then he goes through my shit, and i later found out he took a picture i had in my car of my girl in a bikini bent over on the bed in a hotel in flordia. but then yeah after hes done going through my shit i can see him talkin to my girl, for like 10 minutes, finally he comes back and says you can go, but she told me he was hittin on her and sayin shit like, so where's this bum taking u tonite, we'd be downtown right now at a nice restraunt, shit like that, askin for her number and shit. fuckin pigs.

they can basically do whatever you want i got stopped and searched by 5 different cars one nihgt and i told each of them no they cant search but they had me in back pof cop car then turned off thier cameras and brought 5 cars full all to search and each one asked me if they could search and did it anyway when i said no they didnt find shit but tore my car all up

i think they can also take you to jail and detain you for up to 72 hoursa without telling you a acharge just to see what they can find gotta love the patriot act

I will just ask this in here, I have a friend Who smokes pot in blunt form but he also smokes just tobacco blunts regularly. He dropped off his kids at school and on his way home he was pulled over for a parking ticket or something and they searched his car. Anyways he didn't have any "stuff" on him but the collected a bunch of his empty packs and empty cellophane wrappers the individual cigars come in and also unsmoked cigars in a plastic bag and gave him a paraphernalia ticket. Does anyone know what that is about? he is 32 years old.

IF they see weed, find a roach anything and see you with blunts, rolling papers, or whatever

they will try to charge with paraphernalia charge!

but if the blunt itself wasnt "broke down" split down the middle ready to be rolled up.... then he can take that to court.

if i was your friend i woulda lit up one those cigars.

they might be nasty as fuck, but trust....i've had to smoke a quarter of philly blunt just to 'prove' i smoke them on the regular. minus the headache i got.... i was happy to be on my merry way.

one time a police said he smokes cigars too, so he thought i was lying. he asked me why i wasnt smoking a 'real' cigar. i just simply told him that i havent got paid yet and i was low on money, and almost had a enough for a pack of cigs but not enough.... so i bought the cheaper cigars.

he fell for it. even offered me one of his little cigars and give me some money for some cigarettes....


ahahahaha i can sell water to a whale baby...

Its the way it works... U can just happy the girls got home without a police record...

3 times no police found a blunt ^^..... nice lucky girls ^^

walking down the street isnt a valid reason to search you, if they go to search you, and you say whats your reason for searching, they cant say anything because you were walking down the street doing nothing other wise its an illegal search and telling them that, the search is illegal is also not a valid reason to search, they might try to trick you by saying were going to search you now because you dont want us to and we have suspect you of hiding something,any evdivence they find you (pipe, roaches or whatever) cannot then be used against you. if you are charged, the judge should throw out the case and no charges should be laid against you, unless you resisted arrest or mouthed off to the cop.
