Thanks obama? lollooking very nice beautiful specimen.. I had a prob with a seedling that was growing with seed still in tact on the top of the main stem...finally over a week now I carefully took the seed pod off carefully and you could see the first true leaves just barely.

Thank you....i never gave up on it so that is wy she is still alive even after so many said get rid of it??? not me....no way!!!Very nice my friend. I just came across your thread today, was amazed of how your little toothpick picked up congratz man! Also the last pick looks great, nice plant. Keep up the good grow! keep us updated on picks.
The same exact thing happened to my papaya, and it grew just fine! As you can see from lime73 his seedling was even worse and it grew up to defy the odds. I say just let it grow.I was growing some feminized seeds where I don't have a lot of them to play with. One of the seed shells stuck so bad, that I was not very smart and I ended up pulling the entire shell off, including the cotyledons. There was just a bare stock left. Since I knew this particular plant had pretty good roots, I am just leaving it. It did start growing leaves, but they are minuscule, as you can see in the picture that has a penny for reference. I'm hoping it works out OK. I have the room to just let it continue for now.
