When is last call for outdoor flowering?

I've got an outside patio roof to move them under if it rains.

so if daylight hours increases from 10 to 12 over a period of a month, it'll reveg? anyone know for sure?

I live in Socal aslo, its definitley a bit late to start, the weather here has obviously been humid lately(you know that marine layer crap I'm talking about) I'm pretty sure they'll start flowering if you put them outside now so just be aware of that. Just make sure you take extra care for mold and mildew problems, and like I said our weather has been fucked so watch out

Yes your plants will re veg, but its going to take quite a while, I'd recommend just vegging them as big as possible indoors and sticking them outside to flower if anything.
