i think oaksterdam has some kind of system set up, calling it measure Z or something, where you can come take classes and get okayed to purchase as an out of stater at specific locations. they are trying to assure their spot on the world canna-map regardless of 19.

If you know someone in Cali that partakes, especially in Nor-Cal, odds are they can hook you up. Having grown up in Northern Cali and just over a year ago moved up to Washington it is insane how easy it is to get bomb smoke in Cali. It's next to impossible to find a consistantly good connect here. I had to bring my standards WAY down until about 4 months ago. That first 10 months or so in this state was....... well you know, shitty.

Best WA herb is from Cali... lol. Not really, but kinda. I saw some pretty good indoor buds in Seattle. Olympia was pretty lame and mostly Cali greenhouse or outy.

that is why i grow a low yielding autoflower kush... too much of a pain in the arse for everyone else to attempt.i have top shelf indoor i don't know what to do with.
my advice: start a thread about how awesome your herb is (like i did

i have lost too much in the past to take risks. i may be at the point where i go back to welding. i never really wanted it to be like this anyways. my garden just kept getting bigger and bigger. i still have stuff from last year.
