Were those organic grows or did you use chemical nutrients that you used for this comparison?I did a comparison test this year - one group of plants got molasses - the other didn´t.
Result - no difference between the two groups whatever. IMHO molasses is another Old Wives´Tale - don´t waste your time and money on it.
Funny, several years ago molasses was never mentioned on MJ forums - now you read about it everywhere - the molasses myth is clearly a recent invention.
Funny, because if you punch in 'Molasses and gardening' into ANY search engine it will take you to thousands of sites that go back years for proof.Organic soil for all - all plants got the same organic liquid ferts - one group got plain water instead of molasses.
What do you mean by ´living´ soil?If you don't have living soil, molasses won't do much at all.
What do you mean by ´living´ soil?
I think my soil is as good as any, loads of humic acid and good bacteria, and I get yields certainly as good as most. I just find from my own experience that adding what is basically SUGAR to your soil is no use at all. It does not increase what is already a good yield.
Some people just cannot accept that others find that their dearly held beliefs are WRONG.
