What happened to the page on who was in and what they grew???
I found it very usefull just clicking on the bottom of your post to see it. Now it's gone.

Napa - that does sound right now you mention it.
Never played in the genetic part of the game yet,, still to much beginner's shit for me to learn before I get to that point.

well said, although if your plant is genetically a hermie, then again, hermaphrodite parents will produce undesirable herm seeds. if you take a pistillate (female) parent and let it get pollinated by a herm, the seeds will lean towards herm tendencies, yet if you stress an already fully developed pistillate parent to produce a few staminate (male) flowers, then use that pollen on another purely pistillate female, you'll get mostly desirable seeds.

this might be noncage related, but yeah, if it herms from the start toss it.

i got my camera back and i have the battery charging, i'll post an update tonight with my dwarf, dwarf.

The page is still up on the Autoflower Cage Match group page.

I removed it because I have no idea whos in. I do know whos out though.

On a side note, those of you who didn't make it don't worry! The second cage match is in December (even if it overlaps this one a bit).

You can look forward to:
1. Adjusted, improved rule set!

2. More cut throat action!

3. A very special prize for the winner!

right then, sorry for being lame and not updating but i've gotten my camera back. here's my dwarfy:

i haven't fed her yet, only superthrive when i re-potted her after the fall she had. she was pretty stressed after that but after about four days she perked up.

Aww man, I won't be able to participate in the next one. I'll be going home for winter break and obviously can't grow in my parents' house. If you make another one after that I'll definitely be in though. Looking good everyone :)

WHen I hit "Autoflower Cage Match" it just brings me to the first page in this post. Con't see hows ta get thar frum hear! (:wall: )

I'm really hoping you don't get tooooo carried away with the rules. The lack of restrictions are what made me jump in on this. Although it seems a 2+/- week spread for a starting point being a preset entry qualification would save a ton of,,,, (errr) mayhem.
Also hope that the "winner" is chosen by more that just what the plant produced in bud. IMHO, that would be more to strain, and commercialism. One seed / one plant seems to have brought in mostly the folks that do personal grows. something the other comps lack miserably.

Hey! Maybe a christmas eve starting date? (A Star is Born!)
Cut-off date - New Year's Eve? (It's the End My Friend)

Hmmm, You know, I may even BUY a auto for this one coming. :bigjoint::clap::weed:

The new improved rules will be the same three...just more pin-pointed. So don't worry about reading a contract. This is meant to be a "no hold bar" competition. So anything goes as long as you follow the 3 rules. ;)

Yield has nothing to do with this match!

People will give their opinions on who they think should win based on a multitude of factors. The main factor being finishing! Another factor will be the involvement in this thread. Of course plant health and good photographs of your plants also help.

Round two of the Cage Match will start in mid December and probably end around March.

You're not refering to ideas for the NEXT round that we've been tossing about are you? They certainly don't effect this fly-by (at least I don't think so).

English is your language, and you sound confused by it. :?: (I'm still learning when to use Aye, hey, hay and all. :bigjoint:)

Besides, I think you may be helping Kulong with some ideas on what needs defining for the next round. :clap:

The 3 rules:

  1. Indoor grows only.
  2. Runderalis strains only (any strain mix accepted that is an autoflower strain)
  3. One plant per person.
