Burnt Looking Bud That's Not Burnt +Rep For Help

My girls are a few days shy of 3 weeks of flower. All the girls are looking gorgeous besides this one isolated part of one plant. The former white hairs on a few of the little budlets turned brown and looks burnt. All by each other, about mid way up the plant there are about 6 buds this happened to. I've tried to figure it out but I am stumped, so hopefully someone with more experience than me will know. I will rep the shit outta you.

They're not in the hottest spot so I don't think they're getting burnt by heat from the light.
I don't think it's nute burn. I am growing 2 dif strains, and this strain can take a lot more nutes than the other. Last two feedings they got the same amount. This problem is isolated to just this one place on one plant.

The other day I did lightly Azamax the girls as a precaution. It's a long story but spider mites were brought into my house, none of the girls got infected but I just wanted to be safe. I tried not to get Azamax on the buds, but I'm sure some did any way. If Azamax did this, why don't I see this on any other buds?

I apologize in advance my digital camera sucks. It's like 10 years old and a piece of crap. It kinda focuses on what it wants to focus on, usually something in the background. I took 12 pics of the buds here's the best three:

Here is the healthy main cola of the same plant:

+Rep for anyone that can help.

Could you be having some lower buds that have just matured earlier than the rest of the plant? - it's quite usual that bottom branches will finish of with lots of brown hairs when main cola and upper part of the plant still are white and growing. - Don't know how experienced you are, so don't know if it could just be that? I can't really tell from the photos.

Do you have ventilation and proper air flow, day and night?
I certainly think so. My flower room is 10'x11'x8.5' I have about 500CFM for fresh air intake, and about 650CFM for exhaust (so there is some very obvious negative pressure in my room). I also have 2 oscillating fans and a stationary fan. All fans run 24/7

You know, that thought did cross my mind. But it's not just the color. The brown hairs look like they're shrived up and are smaller than the white hairs. This is my first time growing on this scale, but it's not my first rodeo. I've grown single plants in my closet under CFLs before. But I've never had a plant start showing color at 17-18 days of flower, although it is true I've never grown with proper lighting, proper nutes, etc before now either.

Tomorrow I will try taking some better pictures.

check with ur hand , is the spot where the bud is located brighter than 1-2inces away ? , put ur hand in place of bud and see if theres a diference in light brightness , if u notice a brighter line then its hot spot ( just to be sure this isnt the case )
