Never seen this before

Just wondering if anyone knows what the little balls are on my plant, it only has them in one pacific area I haven't encounterd this before.. first time I've seen it.. Not sure if the plant just hasn't flowerd in that area because every where else seems to be flowering or not sure if the plant has other problems. Any help would be much appreciated Thanks

Completly agree with you, it grew threw winter anyways. But its spring here atm so time to grab some more seeds! Thanks for letting me know guys btw much appreciated!
