I put a thin layer of new soil over the top of my pot because my seedlings stem looked like the weight from the leaves were too heavy (my stem is really thin).

Have had a fan blowing directly on her for the last few days.

The support from the new dirt and the fan should strengthen her up a bit.

canon, idk much bout hid lights, but maybe u shud jus go back to the cfls, all im using on mine rite now are jus 4 26 watt, two 2700 nd two 6500, once she really starts flowerin i think imma go to jus four 2700 nd really give her the light she loves

That was my first desire to go back to (or stay with) the CFLs. Unfortunately, can't right now.
Sort of an experiment in a way. Didn't do squat with the MH. I'll run the Sodium for a week or so and if the issue is the bulb it should spurt up like crazy.
Meanwhile, I'll be converting the cab back to CFL. Going to have to go in the cab with it anyways to maintain 20 hrs. light when my others go 12/12 in the room. Normally I'd veg at 18/6.

Any winnings for the "Wee lit'lest one"?

I'm on day 7 and am also using an MH with a couple 100w equivalent CFL's the growth has been slow but I think the transplant is what has slowed her down. I will use the MH up until day 14 then switch over the the HPS. I'll post up some picks on day 14.

OUT comes the MH,, IN goes the Sodium.
So far, all my growth was with the CFL. All stopped with MH. Hmmmmmm.. Stays healthy, but if it stops growing (and aging??)... interesting.

An 400MH? Leave it in! I got a 400w HPS sunmaster recently and its strenching even more, was using son-t might even go back too as it has more red for flowering, Have you just changed to MH? your plant might be in shock, due to the change and will be stunted for a while maybe? To be honest I was expecting the roadrunner to be shit, ATM its my favourt expect for the stretch, started off very compact with shoots from the main stem before the 5 fingered leaves were formed, even shoots beneath the seed leaves! thought all changed when at 3 weeks and I repotted it due to 4.7 runoff. It just blew up! now2.5 taller than it was 14 days ago with buds about an inch long 35 days on just another 40 to go! expect your RR to get to 2-4 foot! more sativa then india, with small fluffy buds, but potent!

Just read a very good thread by Uncle Ben and think that maybe my stunted growth is due to having to much light on Mable. Gonna back off the CFL's and look for a response.

Gonna stay with the Sodium a couple days (I've just gotta know! - LOL). Cab is almost ready. But I've only got like 20" growing heigth. I know they don't like it,,, but attempts at training are required.

Autos start very slowly! My new pair of seedings are the same, Patience! also with hid Lamps they will only grow leafs as they wont need to stretch for the light. up to you my freind, I wouldnt bother with cfl's though I nearly did, there is not replacement for hps displacement (And I'm British and saying that!)

that pic isn't the best but i don't think it's the light. how often do you water? do you monitor pH? either way, it looks like mutated growth, but again the hps makes a bit difficult to see

PH stays tight to 6.6
I water when it's practicly bone dry. I find the roots (normally) work well that way.
Growth is really odd. Just don't look normal. Actually, the most abnormal I've ever seen (indoors or out). Could the seed be some sort of generic throw-back? (doubt it)

hmmmm, canon that things got me beat, thats one weird lookin seedling u got there, looks like maybe a bad seed, never really seen a "bad" seed though, deff seen ones that dont germinate, but never nething like that

well, wet/dry spells are good but i feel "bone dry" is a bit much for a seedling. it would be better if you had a pic under a different light, maybe outside your tent.

Going to have to change my competitor. ALL my White widow seedlings DIED... Damn Rockwool got to dry or something in the soil, not happy i wasted £40.

Luckly i have a auto haze and auto road runner growing, there just seedlings but they should hopefully grow good.

I would like to Change my entry to Dinafem Auto Haze and Dinafem Roadrunner.

LOL well a have loads of back ups now my seed order from attutude came today, 7 seeds for £15!

Also noticed the British Bulldog is getting frosty!

I know but I am getting tired of shortening the leash every time someone changes the rules...which is every other post it seems.

Seems like most people are having a problem grasping the 3 rules.

They will understand when it is time to choose the winner and they did not win because they didn't follow the rules.
