probloms with attitude seed bank??

Heyy fellow growers!:bigjoint:

So i'm a dedicated attitude seeds buyer, i have purchased seeds from another seed bank with poor results so when i found attitude i was very pleased, service and selection were GREAT! orders some nirvana Swiss cheese and sensi's big bud,
ordered with international express shipping (as im in Canada) and i got it tracked
so i had to buy a 10$ t shirt, (witch i had no problem with seeing as this place had seemed great and would have no problem paying to promote there company)
got that package in 4 or less business days.




whichhhh brings me to my next order, i had placed about a week and a bit ago, for some nice dj short blueberry auto. placed my order the exact same as last time international shipping and paid for an extra large t and everything,
But when i got my email telling me my order had been dispatched i did not get a tracking number.
i informed Rachel at attitude telling her about my issue, when she replyed she said :
Your order was shipped via regular mail to ensure it reaches you quickly,
please let me know when you receive this.

... kinda a shocker to me so i emailed them asking
why they sent it regular mail when i paid for tracked and how dose
it make sense that regular mail would reach me faster then
international express...
i waited a full business week for it to arrive and it still hadn't
so i emailed her one last time this is what i received back.

I feel for you man.... I had problems with Everyonedoesit not giving me the correct tracking number. 10 days later my beans arrived. Then I placed 2 more orders and of course I get the notifier email they are both out of stock.... They just like put everything as in stock to make the money =/ Hope you get your beans soon bud. Take care

that sucks, dont try nirvana out either. they are no better if not worse, their autoflowers are not doing it like they should, strain doesnt matter either it seems, ive seen at least 30+ people with this problem the last week or 2 and now nirvana is trying to claim its the customers fault and they are growing them wrong.....

i have always received a tracking number from the tude.. but, also it always takes more than two weeks for orders to me - i am on the west coast USA - i always select fast shipping, but it usually takes something like ten days to reach NYC then another few days to CA... i just try to order a few weeks at least in advance of any growing..

i have been very satisfied with what i've gotten from them - every order intact - one or two iffy packs, but i squarely blame the breeders and weak packaging.. i love my Barney's Farm backpack they gave me on one of the offers! :)

yeh like i said I use to be a dedicated attitude seeds buyer, i have purchad from them twice before with no problomes with delivery, acupple of my seeds had been cracked due to lack of packaging, but i informed rachel and she sent me a whole new pack with my next order. So i mean dont get me wrong GREAT seed bank:bigjoint:... Just kind of more about the money then the actual cause. yeh kno?

I have no afiliation with Nirvana but they are no Atitude. Ok maybe they are having some issues with their autos. But their customer service is second to none. I had what was probably a self inflicted problem and Nirvana treated me like their number one customer. I ordered from atitude and they charged my CC double what I ordered. If it wasnt for my CC co. calling me to verify I placed the order I wouldnt have know until it was too late.

email em back again after 21 days if u dont get it..especially if u paid for guaranteed. and if there are any tude affiliates lurkin, pass this message on for me:

No there not, They just have extreamly shitty customer service!
I had some come in damaged, I contacted them, real sketchy emails, I kinda got a replacement.....
They sent me what ever they wanted as replacements, and I was suppose to get a shipping refund, That never happened!
I never got a responce from her as to why I never got a shipping refund.......
I will not use them again period!

Here here nbka! this will be the last time i use attitude. i will have to do some research and figure out another good seed bank/breeder for the next time i buy seeds.

That's so weird that i keep hearing BAD things about attitude. I ordered 10fem SLH and 5 bubblicious autoflowering on the 19th, and sure are sh*t they are hear today.
But that wasn't without tracking my order step by step and keeping in contact with what was going on.

i got my tshirt, pretty cool, my SLH package from greenhouse was bent down the side, but no seeds were damaged.

I mean its my first time ordering, so maybe once they get you once, they mistreat?

And i thought i was the only one having problems.
I placed a order on the 20th and it is still packing/processing after it said it will be dispatched in 3 business days.It been 6 so far and no change but still packing/processing.I emailed them more than once and got no reply since the 21st.What happened to they responding in 24 hours.Tomorrow i will give them a nice phone call and see what it up with my order.

This will be my last time as well.I will only order if i want the promos but after this i dont even think i will want that.

you do realize attitude is located in a completely different country and it takes a while to get trough U.S. customs and all the different post offices ect. ect.

i dont wanna count my chickens b4 they hatch but yeah man im in ny and i havent gotten em yet but i feel like today is it. ordered last mon. tracked em to my local po
 
I just got off the phone and they dispatched my order immediately after i got off the phone.So i would say if you have any problems call them fuck emails because sometimes they will not respond.

I had no problems with with my first order to Attitude. I'm on the East coast and got my order w/tshirt in 8 days, the packs were in perfect condition too.
