ok...been really stoned most of the night....kinda late getting pics in...but the box is fucking DONEEEEEE.temps running great it in...between 83-86f...and its pretty hot in the room..so it should come down even more.now as for the plants....the roadrunner much like the diesel...has went frankenstien on me...its started getting a deep dark purple in some of the bud and on some of the leaves....she is looking dank as hell...but she does ahve some yellowing from her last feeding...but she is getting flushed for harvest soon...so that should change back.she is in her swelling phase i guess...keeps getting bigger by the day...the the color of this thing blows my mind..right at the top of the cola is the close up pic im posting......and the 3 newest ones are doing good....drinking like bitches tho...im going to ahve to water twice a day....roots are huge and they go dry fast now...still have them in the party cups.but here is pics of the new box...done...and the 4 plants...yippy

these 3 are staying in the cups....im sure they are close to root bound..but these are a test run..in a party cup grow contest with these...never planned on letting them grow up...was an experiment

yep...ive got 400 more watts of lights on the way and 2 more light sockets to hang in the box...just wont need them till my next grow when the roadrunner is done.then ill have 4 cfls in each hood and 6 all around the sides

yep...and hopefully for the last time...its all i could find here...but ive already made a order for a whole slew of fox farms stuff...wasnt gonna blow money on these auto seeds...so i got them cheap soil.now my next grow gets serious and im upgrading everything

not too much has changed...got my new nutes in...went with jacks classis grow/bloom duo.went ahead and gave the roadrunner a shot of the bloom and molasses and ill start its flush asap...gave the 3 new ones some of the grow....forgot to take pics before i closed the box up...maybe tomorrow.also the temps ion the box are doing great..the hottest being 87 the lowest being 70...on average runs about 83 degrees...so the new vent system kicks ass.

just found a hell of a deal on ebay...i got 4 65w (300w) 6500k cfls for $25 shipping and all.....so when i start my new batch...the papaya and the bubblicious...i will have those 4 65w 6500k...1 26w 6500k...1 42w 2700k taking me up to 325 true watts for veg....then for flower ill be replacing 2 of the 65w with 2 42w 2700...and swapping the 1 26w 6500k for 1 23w 2700k..giving me 263 true watts for flower......i hope this will give me better results....and these seeds are not autos....woo hoo..and with the jacks classic grow/bloom and fox farms ocean forest soil....i should kick some ass on this next grow

Been a few days since I checked your thread and I gotta say that diesel looks like evil reefer... good job!!

One concern though... eBaY... please please please say you didn't order chinese made cfl's? they run 4X as hot as a normal cfl imop.

the diesel smoked good too...i hope the roadrunner is as good as the diesel...i just wished i had not smoked all the diesel before it cured...but i was out anyways......and these shouldnt be the cheap chinese ones...these are made by ls pro studio...seems like an american company...but no way to be sure...this is the website of the company that has an ebay store...https://www.ls-photostudio.com/list.asp?BigIdx=6&MidIdx=18...it wont let me post the ebay link...i guess because its a private listing on there...but that is the main website for the company that i got them from on ebay...i got the 65watters...4 of them for $25...on the site the list at almost $19 per light without shipping...i got 4 at $25 shipping included...i hope they work well...if not ive still got my old lights to use...or just wont use all 4 if heat is an issue...but right now i think i could put a 1k hps in this box and the temps would hold in the mid-high 80's

a 1k hps in the grow box you just made? not a good idea lol the light would be to intense for the plants at that distance. would deff have to cool tube it. even then might burn em. i would think a 250 cool tubed would work perfect. thats what i plan to do sometime in the near future or within a year

ive got no plans on getting a hps or hid...was talking about the heat from the cfls i got...if i did have a hps...i wouldnt have to worry about the heat with the venting i have now....no hps or hid for me till i get another grow room....cant grow like i want to here...after i get a house after my lease is up here...then im going back to hps.and yeah...would be way to much light...i would torch the ladies...was saying as it comes to heat i could take a 1k hps...but im not dumb enough to try...i could get a 150 watt in there no problem...which would be fine..but im holding off on hps till i get a house

these are really easy to grow...just be careful on your first feeding...after that they handle nutes well...and they are very heat sensitive...if your temps go at or over 90f....they stunt really bad

thanks dj. I see they dont have fems, so what was your ratio of fems to males? Germination rate? I was considering a closet grow. I have a 400W HPS with a Hortilux bulb, but that thing pumps some heat...thinking it might be better to line my closet with flouros
