Leaf Shapes

Sorry if this has been covered...searched with no luck.

I have noticed 2 distinct shape of leaf. My plant has long thin leaves. I have also seen alot of broad shorter leaves. I'm assuming there is a difference in strain? Sativa vs Indica maybe?

Sativa are generally long and thin, indica are fat and bushy.
So is there a difference in potency? Do you think most Mexican dirt weed is Sativa? (hint about my seeds origin..lol) If so will growing in a controlled enviornment (nutes/lights) improve the quality of the parent plant.

I grew out a bunch of bagseed for my first time and I had some seed take from some Mexi brick I had. I have already tried it and it was way better than the bag I got it from but it wasn't dank. The growing enviornment make all the difference.

Bagseed isn't bad, more than likely less quality, but if grown right can still make some good sinsemilla.

Thank you. I like having the option of growing outside but it really isn't that great. I have no control over the sun and I have only seen one sunny day in the last week.
I have a couple small grows indoors I don't have pics of but it's much less stressful.

Sativas and Indicas do have differences in potency but all strains do. Sativas can be 25% as can indicas. Sativa is just more of a head high and indica body.

Nice info 'Johnney' and of course I prefer a body high or a nice mix. Any suggestions on Indica strains? Keep in mind my limited space. Might have to actually order some seeds.
