I like both your ideas. Your putting me under pressure....lol Oh what to do what to do!!!! ahhhhhrrrrrrrrrrrggggggg.

I think to be honest im going to get them straight in there as soon as there ready... Time is of the essence in this grow. and it a bit of an experiment, so i should just go with it and flower, It the only way im going to learn anything new about the different ways to grow.

Yo everybooooooodddddddyyyyyy!!!!

Just a pictorial update on how im using my 12 liter pots for the clones. And as you can see i made a cross from a plastic folder, i used the folder as the plastic was slightly flexible to fit the pot but also rigid enough to form a cross section. This should make it easier feeding and flushing as i am not doing single pots for each clone.

After making the cross section for the inner pot i pre drilled some smaller drainage holes on the bottom of the pot so that excess liquid can flow better through.

Then I filled the first bottom inch of the pot with clay pellets, this held the cross in place nicely. So then i used a mix of coco 70% to perlight 30% for the medium. I filled the pot with 2" of medium and then added half inch of clay pellets again for drainage and to help the roots get oxygen. Then i just filled up the pot to the correct high with the mixed medium....

Simple as that... I just got another 35-40 to do....lol

Hey pal.

Yeah i have been busy at it with the pots most of today. i should have them all ready for monday. But don't think im transplanting the clones until they reach 6" high. then its a couple of days to get used to the final pots and then, bang them in to flower.

The SCROG mothers are doing really well. All the nodes are sitting up and facing the sun. I have sorted out the spread some more and its all looking good. ( my standard ).....lol i will take some picks of them tomorrow so everyone can see them.....

Not long now until the magic starts........

But i still have much work to do to get the set up dialed in. I.e new 250w HPS for the tent. Lifting up the clones as high as i can have them in the tent. Changing the light's in the room. Adding CFL's to the flower room. changing where the fans blow in both veg and flower room and a full clean down of both room, tent and equipment....

I will try to update as often as i can with the changes.

your pot dividers is a very good idea hooked did the same thing but only with 2 plants, seems to work out very well. and im not one of those who think it should be one plant per pot unless the pot is tiny. i have a freind who did an indoor grow in 2 35 gal horse water tubs he planted 50 plants per tub all from seed and then weed out about 50 males all together so he had about 25 in each tub and no root separators the plants did very well under 1 1000 watter producing 2 ozs per plant easy if not more but that was in big pots in smaller ones like yours it is a good idea for the separator

Thanks for the comment, Im hoping that the cross section will be suffice.....

And i think that 12 liter pots split in to 4 X compartments should work... ( hoping )
