Once every 4 weeks should be fine or if you have plants that finish quickly twice in an even amount during flowering.
I prefer to guarantee that my stuff wont give me a headache with flushing obviously this can make your buds slightly smaller than someone who nutes from start to end with no flush

I think they is looking nice and fat.
Those fake seed pods are really starting to swell up now and over the next 2-3 weeks i reckon they will swell up really fat and resinous.
I think i can also see a mass of new hair growth on each of your buds when i compared the new pics to your old pics which probably means that they are drinking up your nutes really well since you've flushed them through.
All those new hairs means even more fat pods for you
