Who Dat! 6 Strains.

The clones are transplanted into 2gal containers with a mix of ffof, ROOTS worm castings, perlite, and dolomite lime, mixed it by putting it in contractor bags at 2cu feet per bag then rolling and flipping it around the shop for a therough mix. I added some extra perlite to the sativa Dom strains for drainage because I read that they like it… any input??? I’m gonna stick with the kelp guano tea for feeding but I’m trying to find info on the specific needs of nutrients from an indica to sativa but must be looking in the wrong places. Just trying to do anything I can to keep them gals as happy as possible

Oh my bad- I just thought that there would be too much build-up of nutrients but I just started using the tea so if you wanna try something new go for it and keep me posted on what happens.. my 2c

I hear ya, since this is a new experiment I'll try the other road and not use the bags then, this stuff is intended to be mixed into the dirt anyway (or brewed as well) so I'm gonna see if the brew process doesn't take enough out of it that it can't be put into the soil in moderation. Someone mentioned stink in another thread I think, does your brew smell? Mine is not near as pungent as I would think for this doodoo and syrup soup.

It will always stink but its more of how it stinks.... good stink bad stink... I noticed if I brew it for more than two days it develops a bad rotten smell because I think the micro herd multiplying in the tea has ran out of food and becomes anaerobic, atleast this is my understanding.

There you go, that's what I was getting at, a 'different' stink, like a just smelly stink, or a rotting/rancid stink, rotting/rancid being the one to avoid. I've brewed once for 22ish hours and another time for around 10... still haven't smelled the rotting smell yet, I'll try to avoid that.... doodoo stew mixers unite.

Nice line-up whodat. Having so many different strains at least you'll be able to break-up your harvests so you're not stuck trimming 36 plants all ready to be trimmed on the same day.

hey WhoDat, about how big are each of your clones?? and how big do you expect them to get??

Moved the lights around and put a new 475cfm fan in for them. The fans run on one amp each and the a/c units are like 15 or more amps each... Im gonna check tomorrow. But the point is the a/c units aren't running as often and in turn I guess Im using less electricity. The only thing I dont like is the new footprint of the lights it just doesn't look as even and spread out, Im gonna see if I can improve this. All the plants could be looking better because they ran into a few problems while I was out of town but in a week im sure I'll be satisfied. Not much ells to report so heres some pics.
