I may be wrong, but usually plants don't show sex until after being put into bloom/flower mode. I've never seen a plant show sex before flower.Depends on how long you leave them in veg mode before going to 12/12. If you give them a good 5-6 weeks
to veg after they get into their big pot you will help your yield. Biggest mistake most make is to kick their
plants into bloom mode before the plants show sex. That really cuts down on size (yield) and quality.
Good luck, BigSteve.
It will show preflowers(white hairs) when it's mature, letting you know shes ready to flowerI may be wrong, but usually plants don't show sex until after being put into bloom/flower mode. I've never seen a plant show sex before flower.

I thought a good judge for sexual maturity was asymetrical node growth (nodes that grow own there own instead of in sets of two) i have never witnessed the mysterious preflower but have witnessed asymetrical growth countless times! It will show preflowers(white hairs) when it's mature, letting you know shes ready to flower
yeah alternating nodes is also good sign your plant is matureI thought a good judge for sexual maturity was asymetrical node growth (nodes that grow own there own instead of in sets of two) i have never witnessed the mysterious preflower but have witnessed asymetrical growth countless times!
