Is this cannabis specific? Where did this come from?
I have heard that seeds that sprout a taproot from the ends
are usually female while seeds that sprout from the middle
are usually male. I can't say I have tested this theory, but
I have heard this from several reliable sources.

According to the article itself the "female" seeds are "male" seeds... they have the circular impression, but also have the "football", "flat tire" shape.

determine the sex from a seed just by looking at it ? dont sound right to me at all lol. How seeds look depend a lot on both genetics, and environment. This is a myth. a bad one
