What is the best rate to set the co2-ppm wise, and what is the best temp and humidity levels for optimal growth and low disease when working with co2 in the flower chamber.

1100-1450ppm Co2 during flowering.
Temps should be around 75-77 in the beginning 4 weeks and humidity should decrease gradually from 60% down to 40% or lower as your bud sites start getting plump, you need to start paying more attention to humidity when they have thick flowers which make it hard for the plants to remove moisture, Keep a oscillating fan circulating air around the room constantly to help water remove itself from the plant, you do not want moldy smoke!

that is correct..... but with co2 you want to run higher temps so it speeds up the metabolism of the plants so can they uptake the higher levels of co2.IMO opinion if your running lower than 80F your not getting the full potential of the co2. i run my flower room at 84F-88F and plants love it with the co2. you can run co2 from seedlings to day of harvest. as far as RH, no higher than 40% in flower when buds are present or the obvious mold comes into concern.
