daum nice looking plants... probably because your using hps.. am using cfls.. so that makes a big difference from what i have read here...

Is the plant supposed to drink alot of water? i find myself having to put in a water bottle every 2 days.

Oh yes the plant will drink a lot of water! I have to add about a gallon or more just about every morning. I was using cfls during veg, but now its flowering time and i cant wait for these buds. The only problem is, i dont have too much more hieght to move my light up anymore. and im about a good 18 in or so from the light now. I have maybe about 10 in to the ceiling. You think i should move it up now?

from what i have read around here when your using cfls try to keep them as close as possible to the plant without the plant getting burn marks..

When i was using cfls, i kept them about an inch or 2 away from the tops of the plant. I had other cfls that produced even less heat and i had the tops actually touching the lights. that was until i upgraded and got better equipment.

Yea thats what am doing. keeping them about 2in away from the top of the leafs. i just got 2 105watters but dauuummm am gonna need some serious help to get the temps controlled.. i dont think pc fans will cut it anymore...

The show is a size 12.5 so the light is about 13.5 inches long..

I have 2 125 watters just like that. But everything is looking really good so far, other than that little bit of burn. If you can, try to get more air into the bottom of the room. I had a problem with temps and i moved my fan on the floor, soon after temps dropped and my res temp went down nicely as well. Just a suggestion.

i got 4 120mm fans already i think their pushing about 27 cfm.. i ordered another fan reccomended by a member here that pushes 88cfm so am hopeing that is going to help keep my temps down because am planning to add lots of cfls in their so my whole girl gets light from top to bottom..

Sounds promising, But you should try to pull fresh air from the floor and vent it as high up as you can. ( heat rises )

I think you did a pretty good job. Everything is looking real good so far, oh and to answer your question about pulling air in from the floor. Keep like one or two of those comp fans at the bottom of the grow box pulling air from outside, in. Instead of being in the middle of it where its just blowing air over the plant. And maybe one of the fans up near the light pulling all the warm/hot air out. Nice barcode by the way!

once i get new fans i will place my fans in different locations.. i just need to get some better ones because the top cfls make alot of heat..

An thanks for the tat comment lol.. my brother did it when i was asleep.. am a big time heavy sleeper lol... a friend came over for a few blunts and i knocked out into deep sleep an thats when it happen haha.. he got himself some nice shaved eyebrows do..

Lmfao, nice. Well other than that everything is lookin good so far. If you can move the lights and get a few more fans you should be lookin good as hell by the time you're done flowering

I hope so.. theirs little signs of sex starting to form.. its supposed to be a feminized seed but the little bumps are starting to look like balls.. if thats the case i know i have to cut it down but should i contact where i got them from to see if they can work something out?
