What Kind of Setup Would be Necessary for the Following

I appreciate any help with this matter. I am new to bud cultivation, but I have been reading quite a bit on the subject. What kind of setup would I need to satisfy the following

-Able to grow inside two very large rubbermaid tubs (will be stacked up)
-grow 4-6 plants
-grow diesel ryder or another autoflowering plant (I want to use these due to small plant size and still decent potency and yeild)
-Net a minimum of 1oz dry per plant
-Stay as cheap as possible (im on a budget lol)
-use cfl bulbs (I thought the 42w daylight bulbs might be good but I am unsure of this)

Also what kind of nutrients should I use if I am unable to get Fox farm?

Thanks again for the help

I think you may have to lower the amount of plants to 3-4 due to width issues not so much height.. Also i think it will be rather difficult to get the oz per plant that you are looking from the mentioned auto strain or any auto really for that matter.. to veg you can easily get away with 1 26w daylight bulb per plant for the 1st couple weeks then you should have to add another couple bulbs for the setup.. the daylight bulbs ideally should be used for veg and the soft white (2700K) for the flower.. if you choose to go with the autos i would change then when they show sex.. I would suggest looking into a very indica dominant regular strain and either top and/or LST.. As for the nutes i have used the humboldt 3 part nutes and they work really well.. you can get them decently cheap through ebay.. Hope this helps some

thanks man appreciate it. I thought with autos 1oz per plant was a pretty good possibility? What strain should I consider growing in these confines so as to get my 1oz per plant?

im doing a northern lights in my signature that is gonna yeild about a oz a plant.. but they are getting close to 3 ft tall now.. if you LST and top you could really grow anything.. i noticed that the vanilla kush that i am growing seems to be very indica dominant with large fan leaves..that bean is from barney farms.. i have read about autos like the one you mentioned getting a oz but that was under hps.. i wouldnt expect more than about 3/4 oz with cfls.. im not knocking cfls in any way, after all i grow with them but the truth is that HPS will produce more.. any northern lights arer usually suited well for indoor grow and usually produce good with dense buds.

what it is man!!!! maybe i can help answer some of your questions...i also grow with clfs in a very small box, also using auto flowers, i have a like 3x3x2 1/2 ft box maybe i dunno im baked but anyway i run 1 42w and 2 26 watts...couple strains ive grown are "Red Dwarf" n "Snow Ryder" few other that were bag seeds that turned out to be autos but with every one ive grown i have never gotten more than 4.5g's and that was with LST them too...IMO its best to plant them and never transplant, not low stress strain them, and surround them with cfls, i have mine in like a triangle around here, heres a pic of one of my auto snow ryders about to be chopped down in a few dayz...maybe get more than 4.5gs now haha!!!!

Its a bad idea to think of "per plant" yields Those auto plants look little, but if you really pack them in you could get good yeilds per watt or square foot which is a little bit better way to measure things.

I think autos are a waste of time if you are looking to get any kind of yield. You can grow any plant short if you use the right techniques in topping & LST.

very true, i only grow auto for the hell of it in my veg box....got another 400 watt hps setup all of those plants were no more than 18 inches in height (excluding the 3 gal pots) but under a 400w hps got 2 zips per plant and no plant exceeded the 20 inch mark was pretty happy! LST your plants if its NOT an auto and your looking to grow small plants, i cant stress how much LST is fucking awesome when working with confined spaces! great yeilds, big buds, mmmm goodness

out a double rubermaid set up with cfls you will get up to 3 oz dry bud
u will struggle to get more than that, theyre are tons of good grow journal threads over various sites just search rubbermaid grow

yeah dude way to much heat, i had my 400watter in a very confined space shit was jam packed into this box we made had 2 vortex blowers cool tube 400 watter 4 plants that were with pot probably 28 inches pulled it off tho need airflow man remember that, the more u got jam packed into an area too makes it harder to circulate air properly, IMO
