They aren't as energy efficient, but they are more bud efficient
Now you say you don't want it for many, what about sixteen 100w cfls for sixteen plants. Will have side lighting as well with small wattage cfls.its just all about how you use your light not what light you have you got alot of space and alot of plants then cfl aren't for you not alot of plants not alot of space then cfl may work i use cfls there good but only for a few plants unless you WANT like 50 lights, HPS and MH are way better for large grows or grows were heat buildup isn't a problem
What?WTF guys!!!!!!!!! how did we even get here? The moral of the story is this there is no way to keep ur temps down in a crazy ass summer like dis 1 with out spending some $$$$$ on a good ac unit simple. I cant believe i got sucked it to this 1 thinking i was gonna get some real advice on heat. U cant go around the ac unit except 4 maybe AN's Ice Flow but i havent even seen it it action yet so i wont comment, so to sum it up, heat issues = A/C simple... done.. dusted.. over.. finito.. fin.. the end... game over........... Now lights LED's = * (they suck, price, specturm, and the're shit at flowering) CFL's = ** ( cheap, break easy, airy buds, 2x veg time over hps and mh 2x flower time over hps and mh BUT they have a fantastic specturm near perfect) MH = **** veg **1/2 flower (yep dats right) HPS = **1/2 veg **** flower (yeah dats right) NNNNNOOOOOWWWW da daddy is ofcourse a CONVERSION BULB the only 2 i no 1. 1000w (600w hps + 400w MH) 2. 600w (400w hps 200w mh) both bulbs are *****
