allrighty. hope u guys like the pics... im gonna transplant the super skunk. and maybe the blue venom. i will take sum pics of that too. and have them up 2day. =) and the super skunk already has alotta white hairs.. gonna start flowering tonight. =) the leaves are sticky too....? is that normal.. im guessin its resin. the blue venom leaves are a lil sticky too.. but nothin like the super skunk. well... enjoyyyyyyy

Chris, they look really healthy except for the SLH, at least it's starting to rebound/grow. But man, I'm dying to see them in 5 gallon buckets, they would explode in size!! I think it would help the SLH produce more healthy new growth as well. That skunk is so fucking dense it's crazy. & the Blue Venom has trichs all over all the top leaves already. That thing is gonna be super frosty, can't wait to see it, wish I could smoke it!

yeaa man. this SS is fuckin crazy!!! it actually had a light skunk smell to it.. only wen u get real close adn smell.. but still.. its still in veg!! well... techincally like 2 days flwoering. lol. =)

damn thats crazy i put mine over 2 flower yesterday(20th) so our shit is gona finish about the same time...pretty cool now we can compare strains against each others

hey every1.. sorry habvent been around much.. ughh. been hectic with the new baby and dr.'s appt. and stuff. but im gonna get back on track with the updates.. i will do a quick update 2morrow just so u guys cans see wats goin on.. and then start doin updates every tues. and fri. like before. =) thanks for bein patient. (its still kinda boring right now.. =/ once it starts budding.. then it will be more interesting. )

lookin great man! your doin a hell of a job! that skunk gets more massive with every update! Good News tho I just ordered some jock horror seeds from nirvana last night! cant wait to get them! hopeing to start growing soon but still need to pickup some soil! What should i do start a journal or a grow thread what is the diff?

yeaa the skunk is takin off now that i put her into flowering.. i was lookin at pics from b4 i put her into flowering... adn wat shes lookin like noew.. and she grew ALOT in the last week.. and PS.. i took 2 clones from her.. thats wat those lil things r in that pic.. lol. 4got i didnt mention that. lol.

niiice. jock horror will turn into a beautiful plant!! and honestly... theyre the same thing. lol. sum ppl just call them threads.. adn other ppl call them journals. =) i would deff do a journal tho. r u using CFL's?? if so.. just go into the CFL section.. and right at the top of the list of threads.. you should see something that said create thread or sumtin like that. just click that... add ur pics and start writing. =) if u need any help startin one just lemme know.

lol yeaaa i did... well if u look at it.. u can see why i 4got about it.. lol. its come a long way tho.. if u coulda say it wen it 1st cracked opn.. there was this 1 yello crunchy leaf... adn that was it. lmao.. but sumhow it came back.. im gonna en dup floweing in while its small tho.. like once the Blue Venoms ready for flowering.. im gonna throw th eSLH in with it. and ill deff keep'em coming.

Hey yo CBH! Things looking good I see.. no worries.. I have my last Nirvana ICE plant growing, as well as two of my new AK48's.

The Ice plant, is just enormously big. Biggest one I've ever grown indoors.. over 4ft tall and 3.5ft wide. Just a monster! She's only 4.5 weeks into flowering too.. so another 5 weeks of flowering.. she's going to put out a great yield I believe. I've also got two of my newly arrived strain going.. whcih is Nirvana's AK48 (feminized of course). Both of which are doing great, except the smaller one. Not sure what she's going to end up doing or looking like.. but I'm going to just let her do her own thing and see what she does.

Anyhow, just wanted to let you know.. whenever you have access to your roots like your showing here.. I know of quite a few old school growers like myself.. that whenever they transplant into bigger pots (or have the plants roots exposed for whatever the reason might be) they actually inspect the roots, which I like to do as well. But! They take it a step further.. they told me that if you see any really dark brown roots.. or dead looking roots.. its wise to trim those out... therefore letting the plant replace the trimmed dead roots, with fresh new roots.

anyone else do this?

I've found that its given me healthier plants in the end.. it makes sense to do this too. Getting rid of old crispy roots.. that are no longer serving a function.. in order to let new root growth take its place. It does work.. but you need a steady pair of hands.. so be careful if you ever try this.
