OK WTH...HELP...My plants keep sagging over as soon as i turn the lights on...

They look absolutly prestine when theyre in dark time...within 2 minutes of having the lights on, two of the three sag to the point they cant even hold theyre heads up...its like the stems turn to spegutti...this isnt my first grow and this has never happened before....i assumed it was too hot, but i dont kno

Could the light be too intense? Did you switch from fluorescent to HID?

my sweet tooth was doing this in first few days flower after over 2 months veg - had to steak em up - I think they are kind of rootbound
