You could probably transplant now.

What do you mean how long til i have to move them?

recommendation on pot size, this all depends how large you want to grow them.

The average is a gallon per foot of growth or per month of the plants life.

I grow in 3 gallons and try not to let my plants get bigger than 3ft.

2-6 week minimum pot 4 inch

6-8 week minimum pot 2 gallon

2-3 month minimum pot 3 gallon

You will need to tranplant about 2 more time.

You should try and transplant when the roots are good and when they have began to circle in the cups.

BUt you can transplant at any time as long as you are carefull.

An easy way to tell this is if you can squeeze the sides of your cups and all the medium stays together and doesnt fall back into the sides of the cups then you are ready to transplant.

Easy way to transplant is get your pot ready filled with medium and place one of your cups in it and fill around the cup. Creating a hole the size of your plant and its medium

Then just gently squeeze your cups and tap them to release the plant and its medium after a couple of minutes of gently tapping and squeezing the plant and all the medium should come out quite easily then simply take the whole plant and the medium and pop it into your pre made hole in your new pot and medium.
Then just water it in.

How many nodes are on the plants? I have around 12 plants that are 6 inches tall and they have at least five nodes on them. Are your plants stretched out? How far is your light from them? If they are a week and they are 6 inches tall they sound a little stretched to me. JMHO. But I am new to growing, so take it for what it is worth. If you can, transfer them to their ending pot asap. If you have the room get them into a 5 gal pot. The less time you transplant them the less stress the plant will go through. It also depends on how much room you have. So it is a guessing game. Next time post pics so we can see what we are talking about.

If it's only a week old, it can stay in the beer cup another 3 weeks or so before they'll even get close to potbound. Jondamon's advice for transplanting is probably the lowest stress method there is, good call.
Don't go too large on the next pot. It encourages the roots to go directly to the outside edge, then down and around. A lot of your pot capacity never gets used that way.Like kblk said, you have a few more pots to go before final size. How big a pot depends on the final size you're looking for.

No need to transplant 3-4 times all that does is stress the plant. You can transplant now the earlier the better chance they have of oversoming the stress. Good Luck
