It may very well be in your mailbox today. SpeedySeedz is more of a 'mom and pop' kind of establishment-- the system is a bit clunky, but he depends on happy customers and will go out of his way to make good.
If you need confirmation of status, e-mail Speedy. At the very worst, he will 'resend' the order, and probably throw in some free seeds to boot. I would not recommend Speedy to big purchasers who depend on predictable, and verifiable delivery. For smaller growers, who don't mind the occasional delay, he's the schnitzel-- great packaging, friendly, and ready to work with you even if you spend only a few bucks.
