topping and foliage feeding

I've been doing a lot of reading on topping plants and foliage feeding but I can't seem to nail down in what week people start topping and foliage feeding.

I have gotten as far as to 'wait until the plants are big-ger, big enough, etc.'

What week would you start topping? If age in weeks isn't my cue to begin topping- What is?

What week would you start foliage feeds? Again, if age in weeks isn't my deciding factor- What should it be?

Its hard to believe out of all of ya that no one has an opinion on when the right time to begin foliage feeds and topping should start... I just know you're all ready to give yer two cents... Where are all the fab opinions we crave from the rollitup gang? huh guys? you getting lazy on me? hehe Get yer head in the game mang!

Seriously though, my group 1, the 8 three week old girls... (or girls I hope I hope I hope) if I should already be starting either one... come 'n call me newb and tell me how its done!

Yes! A simple answer to one of my questions. Exactly what I was looking for
