what strain from nirvana have you guys grown ? personal favourite ? its my first grow under 400 watt HPS/MH in a 1x1x2 tent :)

thanks in advancee :)

I just finished growing I.C.E (fem) from Nirvana. I grew this strain for about the last 7 months or so and had good results ( overall rating 8.5 out of 10). The 5 seeds that I ordered from them all germinated and grew into 3 different female phenotypes. The range in phenos was from tall and lanky to relatively short (24") compact and resinous. There's no doubt about it, they call it ICE for a reason. When dried, it is very impressive looking and the stone is very body relaxing, it helps me a great deal with a spinal injury.

The strain isn't the fastest vegging or rooting ( 10-12 days in aerorooter), but it is a pretty easy strain to grow. I was growing 20 plants in 5 gallon bubble buckets under (3) 600watt HPS agrosun & ushio bulbs and I was yielding 2.5- 3.0 pounds of dried bud every 7-8 weeks. This was achieved with the full line of House & Garden nutrients.

I would grow it again some day, but just like with women, sticking with just one strain gets boring after a while

Ah! finally someone else that has grown the 'Ice' strain from Nirvana. Question for ya.. in all my years of growing.. I've never seen this before (or possibly.. I just never paid much attention to it maybe? I dunno.. but I don't remember ever seeing anything like it before with past strains that I've grown.

So anyhow, I'm growing my last Ice plant right now. She's 2 weeks into flowering as of today.. and I've noticed that her nodes are uneven.. you know what I'm saying? If my camera wasn't fucking broken, I'd take a picture of her and show it. Anyhow, did you ever have this problem with the Nirvana Ice strain? Is it even a big deal that I should worry about?? My main concern, is I'm wondering if it will effect my harvest... in a negative way.

So again, if you have any advice.. or maybe you too have experienced the same problem with this strain.. maybe you could shed some light on the issue?? Sure would be great to find out why the nodes aren't even with each other... I'm just worried that its going to effect the buds.. and how they form.. therefore effecting my harvest in a negative way.

Thanks for any help with this. If its not really a big deal.. I'd sure feel better to hear that from someone else.

thanks..
peace.

the nodes, which are alternating for you, indicate that your plant is genetically mature. this is a good thin, it means your girls are eager to give you big stinky buds

Ah, alrighty then. I mean, in my 3.5 years of growing.. I guess I've never really experienced a plant do this.. or maybe just never really paid much attention to it?? Hell, I dunno.

Just wanted to make sure it wasn't anything I needed to worry about.

thanks for the help buddy!

peace.
