how do you guys start you seed for gremnation, or should i say what would you think is the best way and then how long can they stay in this stage .

Dude, I got to be honest, it is my wife who has the fool proof method, not me. I'd be happy to share it with you, its too simple. She lays a wet paper towel on top of a paper plate, puts in the seeds, folds over the towel to cover the seeds, than places the plate into a freezer storage baggie, the type with the ziplock, than as she is zipping it up, she blows air into the baggie to expand it, and it behaves like a terrarium. Instead of the water evaporating, it re-circulates. In 48 hours all your seeds will be ready to go!
Dont forget to keep em warm too.

thanks i have my own little method take a damp paper towl and put you seeds on it and fold it over and stick it in a sandwich ziplock baggy.i just wanna see what other people use and maybe get a new way of doing things
