In Cali, hell yeah there's enough people. The problem will be getting the stoners to the polls. There're also alot of non smokers that will vote to make it legal also, it wont be enough tho, if the actual bud smokers dont vote for it, then it wont pass. PLEASE VOTE TO PASS Marijuana full legalization act (or whatever its called)

Problem is being a midterm election the turn out will be low.. Meaning that the only people that will probably tun out will be the anti's from the conservative side. I have heard that going into the fall the budget for tv adds and the like for the against side is in the 10's of millions.. And even if it did pass, until it is legal federally what does it really mean to say it will be legal in the state? Great, no local or state law enforcement will raid you, just federal task force.. The attorney general said last year when asked about legalization of marijuana: "Let me make the perfectly clear, the idea of the legalization of marijuana is a non-starter at this point". I think we are a good 3-4 years from it passing in California and 10-15 years nationally.. (I hope!!!).

Yeah u Hv Good points Bulldog73 but Its gaining momentem. Plus Cali despriratly needs more revenue. So i'm optomistic that it'll happen. That being said, That shit is pretty much legal out here in cali anyway, anyone can get a med card out here cheap at the beach. Not saying which one but, its not that hard to figure out.
