I'll stick to thinking they come here because its better here then where they are. that can be because they are free to worship as they want, join any political party they want, because they are free to seek whatever they might be looking for. to provide their kids a BETTER place to make a living.

i disagree, i want them here. the alternative would be wanting to deprive them of a chance to feed their families, an alternative i cannot support.

and the american citizens they give birth to are welcome as well by me. :mrgreen:

because it isn't considered civilized to blow up your neighbor and steal his house. the new way to invade is the spread of ideology through commercial means, well within the dictates of the law. only a savage invades through the use of arms or by forceful migration. outright war or physical invasion are those last resorts that prove one or more parties are incapable of conducting themselves in a civilized manner and are unwilling to abide by the decisions of the marketplace. it may not be pc to use the term "savage" when referring to illegal immigrants, but their act of invasion places them firmly in that camp.

i dont think America is full of savages like u do. there are some. but far more reasonable people.

yes, those were savage actions in a more savage time. look around the world at what was happening during that time and you'll have to agree that life was cheaper, large scale violence was more widespread and the world as a whole was a much more savage place. the very fact that we are willing to decry our own violence is a testament to the advance of justice in the world. even the most enlightened nations are far from perfect, but it is a long road and one well worth traveling.
