My first grow room, need input

This is my first post, please bear with me.

Alright, so ive been planning this for a while and I finally ordered parts. the grow room is a water heater room 10ft long by about 6 ft wide, which reduces to 4ft wide half way, im using the 4 by 5 ft area, 8ft high. It has a concrete floor and built in venting for the dryer through the roof that I'm going to use. I got some black and white bisquine for the walls.

Question number one: how do I seal the bisquine and how do i best attach it to the walls/floor/roof and build a light-proof door?

Question number two: how do I build an intake vent to prevent light from getting through?

i am using a 400watt mh for veg and a 400watt hps for flowering with a batwing reflector.
I bought activated carbon filters on amazon and built my own filter.
I plan on using this fan:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0007N5LI6/ref=oss_product
its a 6in inline duct fan that supposedly moves 250cfm

will this be enough to remove the heat produced by lamp?

I have a oscillating fan to move air inside the grow room/strengthen stems.

I plan on using a flood and drain system with hydroton after getting (6) clones from the club with a 400gph pump, flooding 5 times a day. I dont have any nutes yet, any suggestions?

thanks for any input

I don't think your 6" inline fan is going to be enough. For me, in my closed closet space, the 8" fan that says it's 420 cfm could still be a little better for my 6" 400 watt HPS cool tube. Now, your space is twice the size as mine, so maybe it'll be ok.

Do you think if i just got a second fan of the same size it would be alright? or maybe a 8in? i cant afford one of the big inline fans right now
