I have a 4x4x6.5 in my upstairs room with the smallest ac unit I could get at home depot (5000 btu) and it keeps my room at 70f-75f and humididty at 50-60rh. The only thing that I see afesting it is your room is in a attic. Depending on how hot it gets where you live you might need a bigger ac unit to cool off the room. I have a 400w cool tube with a 4 inch inline blowing through it and I can drop it a couple inches away from my plants because of the ac pumping in cold air to the room.

Yes it would but you would need to make sure that whatever fan you have for your outtake can move enough air to pull the heat out. My room got around the mid 80s sometimes higher if the wheather was hot outside but I didnt have my cool tube hooked up with ducting. I only have computer fans for the intake and out I just run a bigger cpu fan for my outtake so that I can get some negitive presure. So I guess the next ? would be how big is the room and how many cfms does your outtake fan pull?

well the Ac unit will keep the sir cool and two 48 volt 200 cfm pc fans will pull air out of the room
should i have the ac in the bottom of the window and the cool tube pulling air out the top of the window?
say in a room like this?

As long as the heat is moved out of the room I think you'll be good! Doesnt really have to be out the top if its the cool tube just make sure that your ducting that runs to it isn't going to get in the way (i.e. light, plant space).
