new grow room (some doubts)....

Hi guys,

This is my first question, and i´m sure you guys can help me.

I have a underground garage, and i want to tranform it into a grow room...

the dimensions:

32.8 ft x 16.4 ft

I will put 3 vases, (each one with the capacity of 20 ltrs), in a corner of the garage, just to try...i have 3 lightbulbs (1 on top and 2 sideways). The lateral onse have 1150 lumens, and the top one has 1550 lumens. The corner i´ve selected is all white....the door of the garage will remain (of course) closed, because i have neightbours... The air doesn´t circulate much. Humidity is about 62% and room temperature is about 21.5 ºC.

My question is the circulation of air...I´m thinking about putting a 100 watt windblower (0.98 ft diameter blade)... is it enough for (starting) 3 plants?....

my underground garage is part of my building...the car fumes (rare car fumes, only when inhabitants take their cars out or when they park in, and they happen outside the garage) won´t harm the plants?
