Yeah well anyone who takes any advice from someone who has only ADMITTEDLY had one shitty grow, should have their head checked anyhow. but like i said before, user error.

Ya know what I learned about MJ growing bro. There are way better suited soils out there for growing marijuana than Miracle Grow. There are certainly better ferts also. There's better lights to grow MJ with then CFL's. There's better things to plant your plants in than rubbermaid totes. There's better things to move air around your box then desk fans. Some people swear by topping, some by FIM'ing and some by LST'ing. Others say leave them the hell alone. Some say CFLs are the best for veg. Some say MH. Most say HPSs are best for flowering. People use bat shit, worm shit, styrofoam, perlite, vermiculite, bags of soil, bricks of soil, top soil, bottom soil, middle soil, and fucking everything in between.
All the ways are different and a lot of them are right. After all if you can smoke the end product you succeded on some level. Just depends on which level you ned to get to, to be happy about it.
Long story short, there's more than one way to skin a cat, the best way is with a knife, but there are many other ways.
There's more than one way to grow a weed, the best way is in nature or to replicate nature as best you can(or do better), but there are many other ways.
As long as I get smokable herbals outta my grow I'm not gonna let anyone bother me with that shit anymore.

I say do whatever you can do to keep this beautiful green goddess being spread all over the world. And if that means growing it in chunks of shit using acid to water them then so be it.

Yeah, it's funny how all MG products say something like they promise not to burn and I was expermenting with a male and used some knock off brand of nutes i forgot what it was called but dollar cheaper and Used Mg all purpose and dam MG made me lose 4 fan leafs due to yellowing then falling off and used that knock off brand and worked and didn't kill or burn anything..Never use MG products!!Matter what!!!

Cleary you used too much fert or used a soil with time released nutes. MG makes seedling starter soil, only has a low dose of immediate action nutes in it. It's what I used along wit MG ferts and never lost a single leaf to burn. Fed them 2 times too close together once and they had a slight burn on the edge of a couple leaves. MG isn't the devil. Lack of knowledge is.

in what dose are you usein yours and how offten? im jw if i can use it once a week and itll be ok?. also, is there a way to neturalize soil cause i no its gotta be pretty low atm. after all , a month and a half of fert every other day will do that XD.

. i heard mg soil was crap, hence i made my own mix ( decomposed egg shells, cow manuer, hay, goat manuer, and bits of veggie pealings). my plants (2 months 11 days old) are around 45 inchs now with what i was giveing them. idk how ppl have such a hard time :/ maybe its there strain. mine have taken SOOO much abuse XD one is even almost all purple at the top :/. i just stayed away from mg soil as i heard it was completly bs.

lol i dont think u can feed them 2 close 2gether. unless they were very young, i was givein mine 1/4th strength 24:8:16 every other day, sumtimes every day. i did this when they got idk 2 weeks old untill recently. i dont think u can feed them 2 close 2gether , u just have 2 work them up to being able 2 use all thoes neturents. i was going up 1/4th strength every week (every 4 gallons of water i used) sumtimes every week and a half (if it rained). i didn have any probs till recently and that was nitrogen difficency, so im gonna try 2 bring the ph back 2 normal lvls and then keep on with 1/4th (not 3/4ths like i had it).

btw mine r outside also, prob has a huge difference when ur inside growing. idk if it does or not, so dont do what i did if ur inside growing.

the sticks will break down over time and make added neturients, they also add thoes 2 help with watering. makes water run off faster, just gets the soil wet for you. the stones, could be any number of minerals. no tellin if it is sumthing useful or not, again coudl just be for water run off also. if it is working for you icantseemyface then i would stick with it as long as no major probs begin 2 happen.

no no you can feed them too close together. first of all when you're dealing with MG you don't wanna feed them every watering. Second of all when you're dealing with marijuana in general you don't even want to water them every day or every other day for that matter. Only when the soil dries out. so yeah sounds like you overfed them to me. True they'll build up the amount of nutes they can take but if you feed them MG everyother day you're just asking to get nute burn.

took these pics today.. some of the dankest shit ull ever smoke.. If you know how to grow you can make MG soils work. I would not recommend the ferts though..

using it for your soil, and not actually using MG nutes is appearant in your results. but why not just use better soil too?
