Okay here goes...
First grow and I need a growbox design to suit 3 fem lowryders in a shed. Seeds arrived today. IM thinking plywood construction box, needs to be very discrete, Im inspired by the PC box designs Ive seen.
14g per plant would be just fine and keep me in weed constantly as Im not a massive smoker 1-2 gram per week ... until my supplier got busted that is!... so logic leads me to think that 1.5 oz per harvest would mean I would never run out based on a continual grow (albeit without any safety net if things go wrong). I have a shed but very limited space so Im thinking somwhere in the 15"Wx30"Lx30"D region. Kitted out with CFL/Envirolites, computer fan and matt white painted interior my questions are...
1. Is this feasible with these size constraints? Can I get 0.5oz per plant.
2. How many watts of lighting do I need? Using CFLs and still be confident of 0.5oz/plant?
3. Do I need a carbon filter? - if I vent to atmosphere will the neighbours be able to smell it (terraced house only ~4.5m wide)
Any input gratefully recieved!
