1st Grow room looking for suggestions

I am setting up my first grow room and am looking for suggstions as to which type of grow room will yield me the most bud per plant. It will be a legal grow with a limit of 50 plants. My budget is around $12,000 and I have about a 12 by 20 ft space. I am leaning toward cooled 600w HPS lights. I wanted to try aeroponics but not sure if this a good idea for my first grow since I've heard one mistake could cost me my whole crop.. I will be starting with clones. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
