Can I DRY in FLOWERING room?

You can dry in there, but as the light degrades the THC I would recommend you do it with the lights off.

i've done it before. I hung up a black plastic curtain between the lights and plants that were drying though. Intense light will degrade the thc, a little bit of light won't hurt though.

Light degrades TCH so I would highly recomend NOT drying where there are lights on, ESPECIALLY grow lights. Here, check out my DIY dry box. Cost me like 25 bucks. There is absolutely NO reason to go out and spend 300 bucks on another tent just to dry in! That's absurd! All you need is a rubermade, some twine, some clips, a bathroom fan, and time to make it.

cool. does the heat bother it? i can place them ABOVE the lights.

Oh it stinks like a MOTHER FUCKER in my house! But I like that, so I don't worry about the smell. If you need to cover it up make a cheap DIY carbon filter to go on the exhaust of the bathroom fan. It's easy, just gotta do a little brainstorming and you can come up with anything!

i have a pretty big flower room, so the light and temperature didn't really effect my stuff. the room is like 15x15 but i only use 5x10 in the back for flowering. i just hung my plants up from the ceiling and boxed off a front corner of the room with leftover black plastic. I cut the plastic about a foot short of the ground to get some airflow. took about 5-6 days to dry. If there is a difference in my potency, i haven't noticed because ive been smoking on the stuff everyday for the last 4 months and it gets me ripped everytime. You wan't to dry in a dark and cool area. If you can't make that possible in the flower room, then it probably isn't the best idea to dry it in there. It is doable though under the right conditions. My house doesn't smell at all because i dry in the flower room with the carbon scrubber.

Oh I don't know man. I have my plants in the flower room about a week or so apart, so I cut one down and hang it up to dry, it's done in a week then into jars to cure, cut the next down and hang it up to dry, it's done in a week then into jars to cure, cut the next down, and so on and so forth. So I don't know how many POUNDS you could dry in there at once. But after 5 days of drying the bud off 1 plant I usually end up with 50G's or so. And It's not even half way full at that point...
