i've made 3 orders with the Attitude, all of which were completely successful and came in 1 week UK to Canada.
However, I just made a 4th order and according to the tracking system it was sent to the USA. This also happens to be the first time that I did not order guaranteed shipping.
I emailed Rachel at the attitude 4 days ago, and she responded that day saying "let me check the tracking number and get back to you". She still has not gotten back to me, and Ive sent an email reminding her of the situation in case she forgot.
I just wanted to let people know that their customer service is slow and lacking support. I do not think I will return to the Attitude, you are paying for the freebies with their marked up seed and shipping costs. I realize they are busy but imo, it should not take 4 days to check a tracking number and respond, even if you do not have the full answer, at least let me know you havn't forgotten.
Ill let you know how things work out. I am worried about Rachel saying, "oh you didn't order guaranteed shipping so we cant resend" even though it was either her or royal mail that sent it to the wrong address.
The other great part of this is that the only reason I made the order was because the last trainwreck seed I had did not germinate, and i was hoping to order more in time for them to catch up to the seeds that did germ. essentially i paid about $50 to get fucked in 4 directions.
