Attitude Customer Service

i've made 3 orders with the Attitude, all of which were completely successful and came in 1 week UK to Canada.

However, I just made a 4th order and according to the tracking system it was sent to the USA. This also happens to be the first time that I did not order guaranteed shipping.

I emailed Rachel at the attitude 4 days ago, and she responded that day saying "let me check the tracking number and get back to you". She still has not gotten back to me, and Ive sent an email reminding her of the situation in case she forgot.

I just wanted to let people know that their customer service is slow and lacking support. I do not think I will return to the Attitude, you are paying for the freebies with their marked up seed and shipping costs. I realize they are busy but imo, it should not take 4 days to check a tracking number and respond, even if you do not have the full answer, at least let me know you havn't forgotten.

Ill let you know how things work out. I am worried about Rachel saying, "oh you didn't order guaranteed shipping so we cant resend" even though it was either her or royal mail that sent it to the wrong address.

The other great part of this is that the only reason I made the order was because the last trainwreck seed I had did not germinate, and i was hoping to order more in time for them to catch up to the seeds that did germ. essentially i paid about $50 to get fucked in 4 directions.

Welcome to planet Earth though eh? I miss being a kid and having little to no stress.

Screw Attitude...I was shorted a seed (Sensi 5 pack was a 4 pack)...what Rachel says is going to happen is not exactly what is going to happen. Anyway I try 3 different suppliers...it is too early to tell as far as overall quality but everyonedoesit is not charging for shipping...one of the two orders I placed made it in 5 days..from UK to the Southwest US. The other was 7 days and I payed the extra 5 bucks for tracking but they forgot to put a tracking sticker on the package and just as well...I think when there is a certain look to a package which I am not going to get into the hold up in customs is shorter. Nirvana was quick but needless to say they have a limited selection. DS dopeseed has a good web site but I am not too sure how dependable they are...yet

I have used Dope-seeds.com about 5 times max and everytime was golden. FYI

And yes I do agree the attitude will be sinking shortly as they are getting to cocky for their own good.

I don`t know what is goin on in your case.I have myself ordered from attitude three times.All three times I i had great service.Plus all three times I got Free seeds.The orders all came in around ten days.BuyDutchSeeds is another great supplier.Any way.Good luck on your grow.Stay Happy,Healthy,and High..

never fails i just switched to attitude from nirvana shittiest beans i ever saw from nirvana but cheap and fast shipping so i heard a lot of good about attitude figured id try now everyone is bitchin about em cant win havnt recieved my beans super lemon haze fem yet but if and when i do ill post back

seedboutique.com is the best bank overall period the end. I seem to be the only one who plugs them on here surprisingly. I have done 5 orders with them and they have been perfect every time. Great selection, decent prices, cheap shipping and 10 days max. to the USA.

got my beans 5 super lemon haze fem and they sent 2 free ones bubba kush and the church fem getting ready to germ em right now all beans are fat and have good color unlike nirvana so well see attitude took a little longer then nirvana but if i get good germ worth the wait

None of the lowryder I got from attitude would sprout. Only 2 from the entire order sprouted Other beanz were incredibly small. I just got he 420 mug and t-shirt. Amazing they just loosely wrapped the mug in the shirt and it made it all the way to the states in perfect condition

She finally replied with some useful information.

They have sent a second shipment. The first shipment was confirmed sent to the USA by Royal Mail, its probly stuck in customs.

I honestly don't think that she plans to fuck me over, although the thought had crossed my mind. No reason for her to need to or want to. It would destroy their near perfect reputation pretty quickly.

The point of my post was more in regards to their customer service not whether they are legit/will send seeds. i already know they are legit, this is a shipping miscommunication and the issue that i intended to point out is how slow they are to respond. Thats all.

Did you even read my post? You said you ordered 3 times with no problems and you say their customer service is great. how would you know what their customer service is like if you have never had a problem receiving an order?

I bought some SLH (Greenhouse) frome EDIT -everyonedoesit, ordered 5 they came in just over a week and had full germination. Now I placed anouther order from both EDIT and Attitude....the reason why I went with attitude is that even if you order some less common bean they are still fresh...only once did I get a germination rate of less than 80%. Now it is time to see how fast one is to the other.

Over the years I have ordered maybe 30 times from them usuallysingle seed fems. I have never had a seed not germ and survive. They always match your seeds with free seeds. Even if you dont pay the more exspensive shipping they will work with you sometimes you repay shipping they will replace you order. i had one order go mia so i paid $9 to have all my seeds resent. Takes me 5-9 day to the us to get and remember they are on oppsosit times as the us so 2 days is really one for a response to us in the US.I also am a fan of Nirvana (original) paradise seeds and worldwidemarijuanaseeds.All excellent people and service...post at your own risk here I no longer support this site due to rolls hostage account tactics when told of personal concern for saftey and request to clean your account...See you at that other grass city place

my first time to order seeds i went with attitude got them in about 5 days they were small all of em but 100% germination im bout to order some cheap KC beans from them again just to get some real good freebies

If you paid any money what so ever, they were not "free." Free is a marketing gimmick.

Update:

I have received BOTH the original order and the second shipment. :)

I emailed the Attitude offering to send back the second shipment, and Rachel was generous enough to tell me to just keep both of the parcels!

This was a Royal Mail mistake for misrouting through the USA, and not the Attitude as Id initially assumed.
All in all, she definitely went out of her way to ensure my satisfaction, and I ended up with double what i paid for.

Can't complain, thanks Rachel for getting everything fixed up +more! I'll definitely return if they keep doing the monthly promos, I don't think anybody can argue that you are getting free seeds if you order when the promo + regular UFO's are on.
