BTW I have smoked alot of what I ve cut.... it has a REAL BAD taste, (nutes?) , I am constantly bumping up nutes and singing the tips of leaves, then back down a bit...the high is like a hot flash on my body and really up there but goes away quick, ( too young?)

How much longer to see buds? or are they not rlly going to thicken

How about the taste, smell, havent smelled tht classice bud in a bag smell yet, just kind of chemicly smell and taste

Prolly just cause they are early and not cured properly, a lot of the taste comes from the cure

and you have buds going, I can see em LOL

I would say you have 6 or 7 weeks left

dry for 5 to 7 days and then put in jar for 39 days burping jars as needed

and yes still smoking tilders, she is awesome!

yeahhhhh i was just hanging them up in a lamp shade, and either theyd be too dry when smoked or too wet. but the chemical taste will go away with proper cure?

if you want her to thicken up every other week untie her and let her streach for a few days in flower.... will also send more resin to the buds creating more bud size ... lst is cool but it makes plants build alot of stem when in flower and from the looks you don't need more stem...and don't prune her anymore she will fill out nicely for you if you put the scissors down and let her run wild for a bit

looking good man.... cure her up in another couple months and you will have come decent smoke !! cant wait for the report !!

Ok, here my take on drying and curing, since we're on that topic. I use my basement as my drying area, and instead of running strings all over the place I just stacked up 2 sets of box about 4 feet apart and 5 ft tall and set an open plastic baby/pet gate over the top of them. Instant hanging area for all sorts of buds. Instead of tying the buds to the plastic grid of the gate, i just do my trimming so that it leaves a hook on each end that fits neatly over the plastic that forms the grids in the gate. I then leave them hanging there alone in the dark for between 5 and 7 days. I DON'T wait until the stem snaps with light pressure either, because at that point the stuff is too dry (at least for local conditions) and tends to burn way too fast. As long as the bud itself is dried I go ahead and pop them into mason jars, seal them tight, and stick them into a closet. I'm in an very arid climate and I've found that I really don't need to open the jars more then once or twice during the next week to let any moisture thats built up out, and by that point the stuff is ready to smoke.

iv got a friend thats goona hook me up with a couple norther lights#5 clones, but he wants me to do em hydro. he said hes got a pump, and will help pay for everything else. but i dont know how to grow in hydro? lol like ph,nutes,etc.. do you know of any good threads? iv been reading around and dont see any threads that just plain explain it haha

This is a clone I was successfull with a long time ago. I've kept it rlly small, starved it , gave it hardly any water, and all it has over it is a 13w cfl. Its kinda tough feeling and the tips are drying out, but still feels "alive", and has a good root system. What do you think the chances of it going hermi, or, the chances of it comming back well and growing. I'd like to get the timming right to where I am putting one in flower as one gets chopped. If I keep taking clones from each..(clone) do I loose potency?

tho i feel a bit overwelmed reading those, as i dont even know the basics haha like daily maintanance,nutritional upkeep, and im not sure what type of system hes bringing over so that doesnt really help.
but im deffinatly gettn the ball rolling in my brain lol

I have pulled every leaf off but the greenest tops, dumped the soil out, broke up the root system( wich was massive), repotted it in new soil( also planted deeper so not as tall) and gave it a good watering. Added a pan underneath to hold water instead of letting it just fun off, and went from a 13 wt cfl to a 26 wt cfl with a better hood. Next water will start with my high N MC nute at 25% and raise quick since it's long been matured. Do you think this dormant stage its been in will have an effect on the potency? I'm curiouse to see if it shoots up like the other with reg water/nutes. Will put under my T12( dont start bout my lights they doin ok, just ok, but good enough for me now) while they are on, then back under the cfl at night.

Or do you think it would be better to try and get annother clone?

hey how bout some + reps on my stemy tree? For T12's and the abuse Ive put it through and being my very 1st, don't think it's too shabby..................AND I don't think just a pot head could succesfully clone.....=-)

no go ahead and use the clone, i think it will grow, just take care of it!! If you are going to move it back and forth to the t12 everyday, then move the 26 watt, and 13 too if you have the sockets, to both grows and you will get a litle better results.

I really want to order some DANK, ever heard of " northern LIghts Blue" ? Has anyone read the artical about the FEDS raiding all thos growers on 4/26? They said they were following equipment bought online for growing cannabis to get those growers also.....

Ya think they aren't worried bout a 1 plant "self/personal" grower? I wanna get some good seeds, found a 250 wat HPS @ my hardware store for only $50. Just worried about getting the seeds online..... wish I lived on the west coast...or do I got nothing to worry with buying 5 seeds with a wallet?

well i would recommend you get growing random bagseed down before you start spending a fortune on seeds. your not doing bad, but you dont want some expensive strain to loose potential because of growth experience. if you can get a 250 that cheap get it, but make sure it comes with the ballast, and everything else you need for it to light.

I think I am plenty ready to grow ANYTHING under sufficient light.... my plant may be stretched... but come on it is under 4.....4..T12's thats it. 2 shop lights with 2 bulbs each and I have it this green, and you should see the resin building up on em that my camera doesn't show. I think if I have this VERY healthy TREE(stemy or not) and a clone off of it, with the supplies I have used, not to mention my monsterouse grape vines and enormas garden, I am well ready for some skunk.....
