Those are two completely different thing.
Never did acid but I'd say for ex depends on how much ya do,
There was a couple weekends on ex and beer and no sleep but on the normal occasion take 2-3 pills in one night
At those times I'd usually be up till the next night finally get some sleep and feel like blah the next day. Just feel shitty really wouldn't want to work or have to do anything for that matter.
But after a good day of vegging some food and another nights rest your good to go. I always hated the feeling the next day.

There is a document floating, I didn't bookmark, that has all the ~times from dose.
LSD can be out before your done tripping to about 3 days, dose dependant. As far as MDMA, and this is just a guess, but maybe 3-7 days.

A little advice to people guessing and people with bullshit time detection.. if you don't really know, don't speak.
Neither of the two substances are really tested for.. I doubt you would ever get tested for LSD (costs too much and simply is not practical.. I think the military said something about 1:100,000 or 1:200,000 people testing positive so it was discontinued, it simply wastes too much money when you're never going to find a positive on the screen.)
As to MDMA, it was false positive for methamphetamine(s)/amphetamine.. generally speaking they do not test for MDMA by itself, but they do test for amphetamines.
Here is the standard SAMHSA 5 (NIDA 5):
Detection Period in Urine: 24-72 hrs
MDMA:
Detection Period in Urine: 1-3 days (single use)
Detection Period in Urine: 3-5 days (heavy use)

If you KNOW it is LSD and you KNOW it is MDMA, you should be fine, plenty of people candy flip
If you are unsure, either of the two could be an array of substance that could bring about contraindications.

I know for sure its real lsd because I already tried it.The e is supposed to be triple stacks but he could be full of shit like I've found many other e dealers to be.
Im about to grab 10 e pils for 15 a piece and 15 or 20 acid hits for 7 a pop,Im bringing it all down atlantic city lol.
He also said he has dmt and 2c-e but that stuff is a little to crazy for me lol maybe another time.

Okay, just making sure. He IS full of shit if he says "triple stack", there are no such things as stacks.. it is a way for a dealer to hype up his product (some dealers say they have "double", "triple", "quad" stacks and after using a marquis test kit.. there is no fucking MDMA!).
