keeping room warm at night.

now that its getting to be really winter... even though its still warm for winter... I killed 4 masquitos this week what the fuck!?!?! I still see bugs around they sohould all be long gone but anyway

HOW DO YOU keep your growroom warm at night? What is a good cheap eficient non firestarting space heater?

I'm planing on buying another light this month, but my heat is fine during the day, alittle too warm actualy, but at night the temos go patuey! and there low!. its cooooolld in there at night, burrrrr
and in the summer my room is too damn warm... theres just no midpoint in my room

I'll look at the heaters at wallmart nexttime I see one. they don have any wallmarts in NY... well upstate they do... but thats not even NY

run your lights all night. this helps heat them. make your dark cycle during the day.

I thought of doing that, but I use the room for other reasons during the day, and light would seep in, and I like to hang out with my plants too so I figured I'd just buy a small heater of some sort, thanks though!

running lights on at night works really good for me. i'm in a detached building so the weather outside really affects me. in the summer it gets really hot during the day so i run them at night to help cool things. just the opposite in the winter. keeps them warm.

I keep mine on from 1 PM to 1 AM, because I never go in there before 1 anyway, and I usualy go to sleep around 1 so it all works out... but I need heat. I have an electric heater... but its scary... I use it... but I dont care if I burn I guess? it makes electric noises, and sounds like a fire hazard... I should buy 2 heaters one for me and one for the plants

i run a small space heater at night, it gets to about -20 celcius at night around here on a normal day, cold days get up to -35 celcius.

if your using a newer space heater, most of them have thermostats to shut off and go on automatically to save power and as long as its not really close to something thats flamable i really dont see why it would catch fire!

funny thing is the little space heater uses more power than a 1000 watt hps, lol !

ideal temps are what ? 22 celcius during the day and 20 at night ?
