Hey everyone...at the moment, I'm heartbroken. I just had to kill my beautiful baby females
I had planted 8 seeds, ALL 8 came up female. I tried an experimental grow using CFL's (455 watts) total of reg 6500k daylight/warm-white lights (65w CFL x 7) on a 12/12 from 2 1/2 week. I had them on 18/6 veg prior, and I would have liked to veg longer, but I originally (before LST) wanted tall pole plants, rather than trees. I can fit more like that in a 4'x3x'9' bathroom. I had to cut the plants count down to two, and now I have just had to pull them. I had the perfect space for my medical needs. It was a completely darkened out bathroom, with no light leak whatsoever, and easily covered up. It sets in the laundry/maid's room. Included in pictures, I have shown what I have just had to kill. The brown is heat stress as it's been hitting near 100 with the lights. The thing is, I can move the lights clear up, and it's still the same temp. I live in Asia for reference w/ no ability to have an ac in the room. There is a fan idea, however, it just pulls in room temperature air. I have one blowing on the wall, but doesn't do much. So I started doing LST as a way to thicken the buds with stress, and as a way to keep them down as much as they could while still be able to manipulate all leaves. Started about 3 days ago (these pics are on today, day 29 & unfortunately the end.) These plants just started flowering. Well, my asshole neighbors (live in condo) were remodeling upstairs & happened to pop through. Not a little light leak, but an actual hole to where you could see down. As soon as this happened, I had no choice.
I would really like everyone's input on stealth ideas. Currently, I'm planning to build a subwoofer enclosure with 3 speaker plastic covers for the outside cover. I will make 1 A speaker, and the other two covers for each sub, is actually an intake fan hidden underneath, and an exhahust fan in the other one hooked up to a small DIY carbon filter. The speaker cover will slide in via grooves in the wood.
Please keep in mind that I only use CFL's, and I only use soil.
So, in end, CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME A WELL DETAILED STEALTH GROW BOXES?
Please do not make them to where I will need to spend over 50-100 American dollars.
**Please take not that the current setup was only pieced within the matter of 30 minutes. Looking for stealth ideas to where I can use an entirely different area.
This is probably very unorganized, but I'm doing my best after a near 50 hour stretch of no sleep.
Thanks in advance for all of your inputs! (There was indoor growing, setup, and CFl..I think I chose the best one, I hope)
