Got a new toy D,

Got myself a Hydrofarms dehumidifier :)

My Humidity almost hit 80 last night, and thats Bullshit.

Running all this water and co2 is making things too wet around here.

Plugged it in about 5 min. ago, and my humidity is already down to 60%!!! :clap:


I have it on maximum setting, hoping it will dip in the 40's.

I pretty much got this setup where I want it.

Also, got a tip for ya.. did you know that clorox bleach(8 drops per gallon) cleans up any bad stuff in da rez?

Oh yea!! Been using it for about a week now, and simply beautiful roots all the way. No bad side effects.

Much better than H2o2.. Plus the bleach does not make my plants droop.

Its suppose to help out with the higher temps of my sealed off room.

We will see! :)

Co2 is running perfect, life's good...1500+ ppm's regulated.

Poured alot of cash in this room lately, But the payoff should be well worth it.

Hey there Buddy!!

Nice to see ya visiting Ol' CG :)

I returned the other one, it had blue leds and it calibrated all funny, I didnt find it precise.

And there was no way to shut off the blue leds at night.. had to put a piece of duct tape on it at night.. Fuck that.

The one I have now calibrates within minutes, and is much more accurate.

Has an Lcd Meter that reads co2 ppm's, instead of stages with leds.


And Mr. Gadget went out and got a Hydrofarms Dehumidifier today, read last post.

Thats about it my friend.

Trying to perfect my flowering room.. Cant half ass anything. Now I might be setting up a controller bucket..

We'll see how it works out around here.

We're looking good for now..

Does that dehum have a hose in the back for the water or does it have a res you have to dump? If it has a hose, you can save that water for your plants. It should have a ppm around 20. It is some of the best water you can get and its free. Just make sure your air filter on the unit is clean.

Ill keep the bleach in mind, i was using peroxicide when i first started but I didnt relize it was losing all my benifical bacteria. Live and learn.

Believe me Bro... I was tripping on it too.(bleach)

But, it seems to be doing its thing.. Cleanest roots around.. Hahahaha!

I chatted with this guy who worked in a nursery, and he said they used bleach for everything, and not once seen any root rot, or any root troubles of any kind.

Hands on Experience... I like that.

Clean basket ball sized root zone. Im gonna continue to use it. :)

It does have a hose on the back..uh huh... or you can dump out the res..

Pretty Nifty.. I must say.. But another 300 bucks.

Oh well, I wanna do this shit right.

Either I go back to soil, or buy the tools.. Ya know.

Yea, i heard the dehumidifier water is some good stuff.

Will be using it on my house plants.

Ill get some pics up soon. Im chopping my WW down tonight! Ill take some pics of her before/after chop. The super indica I have is putting on the weight! As soon as I take out the WW I will put my Indica under the screen so she can fatten up as much as she wants.
Heres my tip for the day...

A branch will only put on as much weight as it will hold. She will stop growing before she breaks her branch. Support her and she will fatten up!

Dude I dont have any skills, im still a newb!
