how do my ladies(hopefully) look

so im in week 5 of veg 1 more week till flower. its my first lst atempt i think i am gonna be doing this every time from now on. what you guys think about them. the strain is snow white fem seeds from nirvana-shop.

oh yeah i have them in a tent 2x4x5 so they have room. i have them like that to get under all 3 lights till i need to raise them. i just harvested 4 3 1/2 ft tall nl's in thier so i should be fine

anybody have any sugestions for what i could to to increase my yield off of these im looking for at least a oz each
