Can i grow clones under CFL's?

I was just wondering if i can grow clones successfully under CFLS. I can buy t5's if they are way better, but for price reasons would rather buy cfls and get the t5s after i crop out.

yeah one of the things i can read is your post count , its 31. if you see it stickied at the top , then maybe you should come back here and post a link so you can get some rep up instead you leave a non helpful comment on an un reputable account asking me if " i can read ". I love rhetorical bullshit like that ... like ... NO I HAD MY MOM WRITE THE INITIAL POST IDIOT.
