Co2 regs are nice, but then u'll need aditional things. Expect to spend roughly 300 to get a regulator, a 20 lb tank, and a fill. If you want to control the ppms of the co2 specifically you'll need at least a 4-500 dollar environmental controller like the CHHC-1 or CPPM-1 by sentinel. Your other option is to test manually and set up the regulator on a standard timer (note this will take a lot more guess and check work to get it down). So to summarize, $300 bare minimum for CO2 tank/regulator, and if you want total control, expect closer to 800-1000.
