it looks like a PH Related Issue but it could be a Calcium Deficiency i can't know for sure unless you tell me what nutes your using at what rate or ppm? what is your ph? your in soil i'm guessing?

I agree, looks like a PH problem.. What kind of soil are you using? And water? Is the water getting on the leaves at all when you water them? & No nutes????

Im saying PH also.. Maybe a magnesium lock up from a high PH. Atleast thats what pops to mind when I hear brown spots on young plants.. The pics are kinda blurry.

I'm currently using BMO organic fert line(super plant tonic, grow it green, foilar harmony, flower power). Not using the Flower power or foilar harmony as of yet. Also i use cal-mag and superthrive. 1/4 tsp. superthrive, 1tsp SPT, 1/2tsp grow it green, and 1/2 tsp cal-mag per gallon. My ph is between 6-7, i think that it's closer to 6 imo. (only have liquid Ph tester)so dialing it up just right is crazy.

Drop your PH to under 6.0
More like 5.5 - 5.7

But now that you mentioned superthrive...idk.
Could be a nute burn. That stuffs hairy to work with.

I'd say lay back on the rocketfuel and lower your PH into the high 5 range.

I use Superthrive all the time, but only a drop per gallon or a cup full for 40gallons of water. I would use plain water for the next watering or only use 50% of the nutes. I never use full nutes until the last 30days of flowering. I always use 75% of what the label tells me and never have a problem.
