to answer your questions, when you start feeding depends on what soil your using?

and shultz's liquid is just ok, by that I mean it's not the bomb but it will work and you may a few defenciencies down the road

Miracle grow potting soil. I don't think it has any fertilizer at all. I watered them today, but I'll wait another week before feeding.

As far as I know every MG soil has nutes in it. Even the organic is 10-5-5. I haven't seen a seed starter by them, so if that is what you are using I may be wrong. Generally MG soil is heavily nuted and if it's the time release stuff you should probably find another type of soil as accidentally over watering can dissolve more of those little capsules than intended and lead to unexpected nute burn.
You should be fine for at least 2 weeks from sprout without nutes added. You will probably need to up-pot them at that point anyways and might be able to have them go an additional week without adding nutes depending on the content of the soil you transplant into.

Usually you don't want to start feeding until they are three weeks old, unless you see signs of a deficiency beforehand.
